What we do

One crew for the whole knock-down

No juggling a demolisher, an asbestos contractor and a clean-up crew. We scope it, permit it, remove the hazardous material first, then demolish and clear — ready for your builder to start.

Asbestos, done properly

Suspect fibro? Stop and call us first.

Most Auckland homes built before 2000 hide asbestos in cladding, soffits, roofing or vinyl. We arrange testing, contain the area under negative air, remove it in sealed wraps and give you clearance paperwork your council and builder accept.

  • Licensed removalists with full containment and decontamination units
  • Air monitoring and independent clearance certificates
  • Disposal only at WorkSafe-approved Auckland facilities

How it works

From first walk-through to clean, level ground

Step 1

Site visit & fixed quote

We walk the property, flag asbestos risks, check access and services, then send a written fixed quote — usually within 48 hours.

Step 2

Permits & safety plan

Demolition notices, traffic management, service disconnections and the site-specific safety plan — all lodged before a machine arrives.

Step 3

Removal & demolition

Asbestos comes out first under containment. Then the structure comes down in a controlled sequence with dust suppression running.

Step 4

Sort, recycle, hand over

Timber, steel and concrete sorted for recycling, the site swept and levelled, and clearance documents handed over in one folder.

Good to know

Demolition questions, straight answers

How much does demolition cost in Auckland?

A standard freestanding house typically falls in the tens of thousands depending on size, access, asbestos and foundations. Every site differs, so we quote fixed after a free walk-through — no hourly surprises.

Do I need to arrange asbestos testing myself?

No. Tell us the age of the building and we will arrange sampling with an accredited lab, then scope the licensed removal. Never cut, break or skip-bin suspect fibro before it is tested.

Do you handle council paperwork and service disconnections?

Yes. Demolition notices, traffic management where needed, power, gas and water disconnections, and neighbour notifications are part of our standard scope.

What happens to all the rubble?

We sort timber, steel, concrete and general waste on site, sending what we can to recyclers and cleanfill; asbestos and hazardous material go only to approved disposal facilities with dockets to prove it.
