Total Demolition Ltd was founded in 2005 with one excavator and a simple rule: leave every site safer and cleaner than we found it. Today our combined demolition and licensed asbestos crews take on everything from single fibro garages to full house demolitions.

Fixed written quotes with the inclusions spelled out — permits, disconnections, disposal, clean-up. If the scope changes, you approve the variation first.

Timber to recyclers, steel to scrap, concrete to crushing, hazardous material to approved facilities — with dockets to prove where it all went.

Operators and removalists who treat your street like their own
Our machine operators hold the tickets for excavators up to 20 tonne, and our asbestos team is licensed with current respirator fit-testing and medical surveillance. Site managers carry first-aid and spill-response kits on every job.

The paperwork matters as much as the machines
Demolition in Auckland lives or dies on documentation — demolition notices, asbestos surveys, clearance certificates, disposal dockets and waste-diversion reports. We hand you a complete job folder at handover, and keep copies for seven years if council ever asks.
